Getting Here From Dunwoody
From Dunwoody, our office is a straight shot west on I-285. Come down Ashford-Dunwoody Road or Chamblee Dunwoody Road, take I-285 west across the Chattahoochee, and exit at Riverside Drive — Johnson Ferry Road is a few minutes further on. We are at 147 Johnson Ferry Road, Suite 4230, just over the river on the Marietta side.
Parking is free and sits directly outside the suite, so there is no deck to circle and no garage ticket to get validated. If you work in one of the Perimeter Center towers, patients tell us the drive is far easier at 7:30am or after 2pm than it is in the middle of the evening rush — and we schedule with that in mind.
About 20 minutes from Dunwoody Village outside of rush hour.
Dunwoody life is hard on a spine in a very specific way. The commute into Perimeter Center and the desk at the other end of it combine to compress the lower back, and most of the Dunwoody patients we see arrive describing exactly that — stiffness after sitting, and pain that shows up on the drive home.
Rather than treat surgery as the first option, we use the DRX9000 decompression table to take pressure off the affected disc without an incision. Sessions run around 20 minutes and most patients drive themselves home afterward — which matters when home is back across I-285.
