This Nutty Avocado and Strawberry Salad is the perfect combination of everything fresh from the garden that you love! Ingredients

2 cups baby spinach
2 cups strawberries
2 avocados, peeled and diced
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 cup toasted walnuts
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Mix baby spinach, strawberries, cucumbers, avocado, and toasted walnuts in a large bowl.

Whisk together fresh lemon juice, virgin olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until well combined. Pour over the salad and toss to coat well. Serve right away!
